Domain

The entity lives at lib/src/domain/notes/, the same place as in the layer-first track. Hybrid does not move the domain into the feature folder. ValidationFailure stays in lib/src/domain/shared/.

A note has an identity, a title, and a body. Note.create is the constructor that checks the title. It trims the title and stores now as UTC. The body is kept as given. A blank title throws ValidationFailure('Title is required') before any repository is involved. The row mapper rebuilds with the field constructor. The title rule has already run on create.

NoteRepository is the port: save and findAll. It returns notes, not rows. The files are lib/src/domain/notes/entities/note.dart and lib/src/domain/notes/note_repository.dart.

Nothing in this folder imports application, infrastructure, presentation, or Serverpod. That is the dependency rule for this track, same as the others.
